Summer Troupe

Directed by Guy Fauchon. Starring Anthony Goncharov

Together with Guy Fauchon, Artistic Director, and Janet Ellis, Executive Director, three up-and-coming theatre makers — Logan Hallwas, Paige Gibbs, and Hailey Conner — will work throughout the summer to bring live theatre back to the community.

Logan Rhys Hallwas

Associate Director, Performer

Logan Rhys Hallwas is a Vancouver-based actor and interdisciplinary artist. He is serving as the Asociate Director of Peninsula Productions Summer Ensemble program and is a member of the performing ensemble. He is currently in residency at The Anvil Centre, where he is one half of The PresentMaking Project, a performance installation that is currently in development. Prior to these projects, he was a member of Peninsula Productions NextGen 2020-2021 ensemble, and worked with Fight With a Stick Performance on their shows Oh What a Beautiful Morning! and A Vista. He has performed, created, and collaborated on shows ranging in styles from contemporary theatre to performance art, visual art, and contemporary dance. His work has roots in devised theatre, non-human materials, and physical performance creation. He holds a BFA in contemporary theatre performance from Simon Fraser University.

Paige Gibbs


Paige Gibbs  is an Alberta native that found her way to BC through her love of acting. She came to Vancouver in 2015 to attend Vancouver Film School after studying at the Phoenix Theatre at the University of Victoria. Paige has been loving the beauty of BC ever since. She had the pleasure of working under Wendy Bollard’s direction in Sea of Stories and Belfast Girls, making this her fourth collaboration with Peninsula Productions. Paige has a passion for both film and theatre and has made appearances in the CW’s Supergirl and Facebook Watch’s Sacred Lies. In her free time, Paige enjoys writing screenplays and producing projects with her friends. Paige is grateful to Peninsula for offering a space to create and collaborate with such kind and talented artists.

Hailey Conner

Associate Director, Performer

Hailey Conner  is a performer grateful to be living, studying, and working in Vancouver. She has a diploma in Theatre Performance from Douglas College and is currently an Acting student at Studio 58 where she just completed her first year. She is trained in many styles of dance including Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, and Tap, and she has a passion for puppetry, mime, and all things movement-based. Past credits include Our Town (Emily Webb; Peninsula Productions), 7 Stories (Charlotte/Joan/Lillian, Douglas College), and Salome (The Page, Promethean Theatre).
